I needed my air vents cleaned and chose Fresh Air Solutions and Technologies LLC because they were highly rated. When I first called, I left a message and got a very quick callback to set up my appointment. They sent a text reminder the day before, and then called me 30 minutes before arrival on the day of service, which was incredibly helpful.Mike and Cody arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and were very polite and respectful. They walked me through the process and cleaned much more thoroughly than the last company I used. This business earned a high rating from me because of their excellent communication and customer service, both during scheduling and in person. Even though I was home, they kept me updated by sending before-and-after pictures so I could see exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend them. This is an excellent company if you are in need of air ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Matt & Ben did a great job, very professional and cleaned while they were working. I called the owner , John and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the services they offer. I had many questions but John was patient took time to answer every question which made me feel comfortable hiring this company for the job. I have called around all week and some of the others are too costly or scams! I will be using them again.

Best experience I have had with a mold remediation company hands down. We were told by an environmental inspection we had mold in our ducts and furnace. Jon Price is so knowledgeable about mold and air quality. Michael came in and put me at ease and reassured me that the job was done correctly and thoroughly. He shared photos and was very organized which I appreciated. I recommend them 100% and I would happily hire them in the future for anything duct related! Thanks guys. I had a fantastic experience with Fresh Air Solutions. Mike and Jon came out to clean my dryer vent and ductwork and did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why it mattered. You can tell they take pride in their work. Got dryer vent cleaning, vents and returns, and full HVAC cleaning. Matt and John were quick, efficient, and respectful of our home. I had bought a Groupon. They got me scheduled right away and called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way within the promised window. Matt took and look at our HVAC setup, snapped some pics for me to see from the attic and inside of our furnace and recommended some additional trunk cleaning which I’m glad I opted for. Pricing was upfront and comparable with other quotes I’d received. Thanks guys!
